Baked Meatballs
375 Calories ALL IN
Serves 4

The other night I wanted to make meatballs, however I couldn't be bothered to stand over the hob cooking them as I usually would. So I decided to chuck a load of ingredients we had in the fridge into a dish and whack it in the oven. I was extremely happy with the results so i'm sharing them here for you to try!
INGREDIENTS
1 Pack Tesco Meatballs
3 Cloves Garlic
1/2 Red Onion
1 Red Chilli
Mushrooms
Cherry Tomatoes
3 Rashes of Bacon
250ml Passata
240g Spaghetti (60g per portion)

METHOD
Pre-heat oven to 180C
In your dish, chuck the chopped red onion, garlic, chilli, mushrooms and tomatoes
Add the meatballs, cut up and add the bacon
Cover with foil and pop in the oven for 30 mins
Take out and then add the Passata, giving it all a mix around
Put back in the oven uncovered this time for a further 20 mins
Cook your spaghetti or pasta whilst the meatballs are in the oven
Serve up!
Give them a go and let me know what you think!
